Design:
To modernise and transform a 1930's detached house suitable for modern family life with light and space at the heart of all the spaces.
Planning was obtained for a large shed and carport to replace the small detached garage knocked down to create a large raised vegetable garden.
Internally, an internal wall was removed to allow the existing extension to become one space with the re designed bespoke built kitchen. The bathroom door moved to allow for the refurbished bathroom to accommodate a bath and separate walk in shower. The downstairs WC was renovated to a wet room to provide another shower. All the rooms were redecorated including specified new flooring, radiators and doors throughout.
